RETURNS

• Product returns are only made if the product you received is defective.
• Return time is set at 14 days from the date of receipt, if you have already informed our company, within 2 days from the date of receipt.

• Returns are made through any shipping company and shipping costs are paid by you.
• The product box, the warranty and everything else that comes with the product are returned, as all of the above are part of the product you bought.
• In case of return and not change of the product, the refund is made within 10 days from the day of receipt of the product by our company, in a bank account that you will indicate to us.
